Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for CDCP benefits, you must meet the following conditions:
Be a Canadian resident with a valid SIN
Lack access to employer-based or private dental coverage
Have a household income under $90,000
Be up to date with your income tax filings
Note: Coverage amounts may vary. Those with lower household incomes may receive more comprehensive support.
